As soon as you login to Blogger.com the page that opens is called "Dashboard". Here you can select your blog ( If you have created many ) that you are going to do blogging in.
After entering inside your blog ( In dashboard clicking: Layout, Edit Posts, New Post... )
New Post: To start Posting Your Blog Post's You can start from here. Click for instructions
Layout: This is the place where you can manage your blog's looks ( i.e. skeleton of your Blog). The banners or texts that are seen around your Blog Posts are added from here. You can rearrange these Gadgets (Banners) according to your Template in any order. Click here
Setting: You can edit your settings of your blogs from here.
Edit Posts: You can edit your older posts or delete them from here.
Edit Html: You can change your Template and do the some works that is allowed By Blogger.com . Click here
